Kerra Chomlak

Executive Director

Kerra has over 20 years of experience working on environmental issues in Alberta. Formerly the Manager of Environment at the City of Leduc, Kerra focused on municipal environmental issues including regional climate resilience projects and creating the city’s first adaptation and mitigation plans. Her previous experience also includes serving as Executive Director at the Clean Air Strategic Alliance in Edmonton, where she learned the value of collaboration and consensus-building between industries, environmental groups, and governments to develop innovative, long-lasting solutions to complex environmental problems.

Kerra holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Physical Sciences from the University of Alberta and is currently completing a Master of Arts in Climate Action Leadership at Royal Roads University.
