Come join us! ClimateWest is seeking an outgoing, motivated and highly organized individual to serve as its Executive Director. As a new non-profit, you are joining a small team that demands creativity, flexibility and the ability to get things done. This is an exciting opportunity to build ClimateWest and advance climate adaptation across the diverse Prairie region.

The Executive Director is responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of ClimateWest’s operations and programs. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, relationship management experience, and good planning and organizational skills.

ClimateWest’s office is located in Winnipeg. However, candidates from anywhere in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba are encouraged to apply.
