Through a panel of experts, this report examines how disaster risk reduction and adaptation can be be more effectively integrated to reduce risks.
Evidence and examples from across the Prairies are used to examine the effects of climate change on infrastructure, the need for culturally appropriate evacuation and relocation plans, water stewardship, effects of wildfires, and showcase Indigenous communities adaptation planning.
